Registration problems: Billing/Deposit

Hey,

I wonder if anyone has encountered this problem I’ve had for about a month now.

When I try to register for an account, in the Billing/Deposit section I encounter an issue:

It doesn’t accept my IBAN or BIC codes. I’ve checked countless times that they are correct and I’ve even contacted my bank about this issue and they said that my codes are valid.

The weird thing is the error messages. For the IBAN it says that it needs to start with “FI”, which it does start with, and that it needs to be 18 characters long, which I’ve checked it to be. And for the BIC it says that it needs to be 8 letters, which it is.

So the error messages do not make any sense at all.

Has anyone experienced this?
